Now, I love gummies, but not so much fiber. It's amazing these days how they can actually make fiber taste better! First Fiber One, now Fiber Gummies! Yay!

These things were great, and made a huge difference too. With out even thinking about it, I would take them everyday. Plus with such great flavors, you may find your self wanting more than just 1 at a time.

But is it worth it?

YES! These things are great. They are sugar free, and Jo the "anti anything non-sugar" god loves them too! Not only that, but they don't get stuck to your teeth like normal gummies do. Plus they were awarded the Parent Tested, Parent Approved award. And may I say it's also Lilly and Jo approved.
