Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil

I have been using coconut oil for a little over 6 months now, and I really enjoy it. About a year ago, Jo started to cook with coconut oil. He had worked in a Thai restaurant and learned of it's wonders there. Coconut oil is is also a common used ingredient in most curry dishes found in restaurants.
Health Info on Coconut Oil:
Entire article here.
- "Use coconut oil – Another excellent anti-aging food is coconut oil, known to reduce your risk of heart disease and lower your cholesterol, among other things. In fact, it's doubly beneficial because it can be both eaten and applied directly to your skin. Coconut oil can be used in place of other oils, margarine, butter, or shortening, and can be used for all your cooking needs."
Entire article here.
- "The answer? Plenty of healthy fats, in the range of at least 40% of calories, fresh vegetables, and no refined carbs. Whole grains are ok, but not to be the majority of the diet. Try it, you will never have felt better, and you will lose excess weight because you won't be hungry. Just remember to consider vegetables and greens your main carbs, and use healthy fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, fish oil etc."

So I love coconut oil. So far I have used it in my stir-frys. Recipes found HERE. I also made two Cracker Barrel style Coca-cola cakes. It tastes great and cooks easy. Also makes amazing breakfast potatoes!- "The health benefits of coconut oil include hair care, skin care, stress relief, maintaining cholesterol levels, weight loss, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism, relief from kidney problems, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV and cancer, dental care, and bone strength. These benefits of coconut oil can be attributed to the presence of lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid, and its properties such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, soothing, etc."
